Ginger explosion!!!

So here we are and Andrew is looking for new things to try - "I'm going to have a go at making my own crystalised ginger... " Are you sure?" asks Cathryn cautiously.

The smell eminates around the whole house, considering Cathryn doesn't like ginger normally it's actually quite a nice aroma.

Wonderful ... success .. now at this point he should have stopped and relished in his success but no... struck by the excitement and general Watters enthusiasm which all of you who know us well will understand, he decides to try to venture into ginger beer...

Day one - all looking good, bubbling nicely, smells good - Cathryn so far ok and confident in Andrew's experiment - what could possibly go wrong...

Day two - arrive in kitchen to be greated by new decor of sticky juice painting all over kitchen floor, fridges and cupboards... Cathryn not ok...

Day two and a half - kitchen cleaned from top to bottom... Cathryn back in her happy place and lesson learnt, FOR NOW
