I've always had a love of food and with 4 young children there's always

something going on in the kitchen.

Friends are important to us and I love to cook for them and see what the verdict is. Bread making started as a bit of fun - payment for staying with friends for  holiday. Fun for the kids and experimenting on willing volunteers at dinner parties.

 In a hunt for a new career and a bit of direction, I started selling the odd loaf outside our house. Within a day neighbours were asking for more and people would stop their cars to buy. The local pub had a constant supply to support their restaurant and friends were promoting it at their work, to get orders.

 

The school run turn into delivery rounds and the Aga had never been so busy.
